Really good Stay with City Views

This new hotel has really good corner rooms. I particularly enjoyed the bathtub overlooking the entire city. The gym features all the equipment needed for a complete workout. The rooftop pool offers amazing panoramic views. The internet speed supported my Zoom meetings without issue.
The rain shower in my room did not have adequate water pressure..

The breakfast buffet had show cooking with views of the Petronas towers and offered abundant western options. There were also many delicious local national dishes available, making for a very diverse experience.

I found the gym very useful. It contains several treadmills. the rooftop pool provides great skyline views.. the hotel design felt modern. the fast internet supported zoom meetings without issues.
I noticed slight delays with valet service. It took approximately 45 minutes to retrieve my car. this delay was frustrating.

the location was pretty convenient. It made getting around relatively straightforward.
The valet service was SLOW. i waited almost an hour for my car after checking out and it felt more like a waste of time. i found the breakfast buffet choices quite limited. Not the best for a hotel in this category.

The water pressure in the shower was noticeably low. It prolonged the time needed for a simple shower. The management should consider investing in higher pressure shower heads. I was briefly trapped, and the emergency button response was delayed (I think it was for the 2nd time), which was unsettling.

i found the design modern with touches inspired by the city's tin-mining history, giving it character. my king bed city view room with balcony was clean and well-designed, with details like a toto bidet toilet.. i did appreciate the covered link to menara hap seng for easy access to food and shops. dinner at tanburi had creative tandoori-donburi fusion dishes and a delicious pandan teh tarik.
i found the bed sheets were stained, disappointing. i did experience a significant delay with the valet service as well. after checking out, i waited over 45 minutes to retrieve my car, both frustrating and inconvenient.

i stayed for a few nights and the team was genuinely warm and engaging. the food at @21 and il forno was excellent! i was impressed by the visible management team, including the gm, chef, f&b, and hk supervisors. i loved the stylish design that elevated it beyond my expectations.
